We have a comprehensive return policy that allows you to return any purchased medication within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply log into your account, go to your order history, and select the medication you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the medication.
Please note, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused medication in its original packaging. All returned medicines are returned to the warehouse where they were shipped from to ensure controlled temperature and quality standards are maintained. If the medication was opened, or if the packaging has been tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return.
In the event that the medication is returned due to an error on our part, we will be responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes situations where the medication received was incorrect, expired, or damaged upon arrival.
Once the returned medication is received, checked for eligibility and verified that it has been returned unopened, we will process your refund.
